Tip Top Sweets began more than 40 years ago as a humble tea-coffee stall that quickly became the talk of the town. Alongside warm cups and friendly conversations, one simple idea changed everything: serve something truly satisfying with tea. That “something” was samosa—just 10 pieces a day at the start. But the taste, the consistency, and the care behind it turned those first batches into a local favourite, known by many as the renowned “samosa pasal.”
